Juicy Seafood Cleveland - Harvard Park

Saturday was our first time trying this place in person. And my kids loved it. The seating was quick. The server was super sweet. And she was doing a few tables at a time but each time she walked past. She asked us if we were doing ok. I always read the reviews before trying new places. But this place was a 10/10. Even as soon as you walk through the door you’re being greeted!! She recommended the perfect amount of food for the 3 of us. So i can tell she knows her stuff. We will come back again! A TIME WAS HAD FOR MY BIRTHDAY. GREETED WHEN WE CAME IN. TOLD HAPPY BIRTHDAY AS WE HAD ON MY BIRTHDAY SHIRTS. SEATED IMMEDIATELY AND WAITER CAME SO FAST FOR DRINK ORDERS. NICE VIBE GOING WASN'T TOO CROWED. WE ORDERED A PAN I DON'T REMEMBER NAME BUT WE ADDED EXTRA🤣🤣. MY HUSBAND ORDERED CATFISH AND SHRIMP WITH MOZZARELLA STICKS, ONE OF MY SONS ORDERED MOZZARELLA STICKS AND ONIONS RINGS(WHICH WERE HUGE) WE HAD JUICY SAUCE ON SEAFOOD AND GARLIC BUTTER ON SIDE. ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS A SAUSAGE🤣🤣IT WAS GOODT. EVEN ORDERED A BAG TO GO CUZ IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW🙌🏾🙌🏾. OH YEAH BTW I'M A CAPRICORN #113

Poor service, poor atmosphere, and due to the authentic judgement I received, that affected how your food tasted. Sadly I wasn’t accepted into this restaurant as a valued customer. My origin was more important and your staff made sure to make me feel that I didn’t belong there. I am now speculating but I assume that’s how they feel about others. Like you mentioned since you don’t get much Asian customers I assume this is the proper approach your staff should have towards Asian customers who dine in your restaurant. I had an amazing time here at juicy and always do I appreciate the great customer service from my server Christal and of course lay! I ate everything lol but yes the sauce is just enough and if you need an extra dipper get a side for 3.25 only! You can’t beat it the prices are reasonable and the flavor is just immaculate! Chefs kiss honestly

This was our first time getting a seafood boil from a restaurant (we’ve made our own at home before). I was super skeptical with how the portions would be and if we would have enough sauce without having to order extra. I was also super skeptical getting takeout, as some restaurants don’t give correct portions for to-go orders. We were blown away with not only the portions, but the amount of sauce/seasoning and how perfectly everything was cooked. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be returning.
