I was having such a hard day. Just nothing was going right and I was sobbing while trying to get my phone to load and order my food. Thankfully, the person I was talking to while trying to figure things out.. was the kindest and sweetest ever! There is not enough kindness in this world but I was so grateful that I met Crystal tonight! She helped me resolve my issue and was so friendly and understanding and made me feel much better! Food tasted great as well! The restaurant was nice and clean and organized and honestly.. if she is not in management, she should be! And if she is in management, she needs a raise or something! Such a fantastic person! Thank you for making my day better!

Do not order double meat on the app you wont get it and good luck getting through to anyone to get a refund

Excellent and consistent food quality (protein bowls are amazing!!) but service is lacking. When picking up our order placed on the app, we had to go inside, fill our own drinks and realized when we got home they didn't put our chips in the bag. So be warned. You get your own drinks and chips or you don't get them at all.

They have you order from kiosks now which steals the magic of ordering subway away. Then the register has the nerve to ask you to tip, when they offer no personalized service. Will be going to Springfield from now on.

We walked in and were ready to order so we approached the counter. Evidently this location does not allow you to order in person and see your food. We were told no and there is a metal cover blocking your view. They are willing to assist if you have issues with the kiosk. But it is completely useless as you cannot pay at the kiosk. My tuna was definitely mid and though I ordered oil and vinegar on my salad, it was still quite dry. I wouldn't recommend this place.
