Subway

i've been at home injured and finally wanted something nice to eat I didn't have to cook so I came here cause it's close the staff treated me amazingly made sure to help me get my straw and lid on and asked me if I needed any other help. And they made my sandwich exactly how I asked them too even though I'm picky, The two young ladies who were working at 1 o'clock on 9/6/25 Were amazingly friendly, I haven't even had Subway in years because I used to work at one, This experience was so nice I would be willing to come back soon.

We order from them all the time because it's so close to home & they are always friendly. Lately I'm not sure what's happening. When I order, I always add the same special instructions: "PLEASE PUT DRESSINGS ON THE SIDE NOT THE SANDWHICHES. THANK YOU!" and I always tip. Last few orders we have had the dressings on the sandwiches & today we had dressings on the side BUT they put honey mustard on the Italian sub. I'm not sure why they keep messing up the special instructions.Is it a matter of not reading or not caring. This will be the last time we order from this location for awhile. Hopefully IF we try again later on down the road, they will have improved on this. (Honey mustard on Italian sub 🙄)

Went in looking for a normal Subway sandwich and what I got was disappointing to say the least. The people behind the counter had no clue what they were doing and seemed to not even know which meat was which. I ordered an Itallian sub, and the bread was stale and flat. It was sloppily thrown together by incompetent employees and overall was a very disappointing experience.

Had a wonderful experience. Gave me info on new item changes with flatbread and we had a fun time while they worked as well as busted through mobile orders while helping me. Nice job to the 3 employees wokring 💪🏻
