Stonehouse Grill

Went with some friends some months ago, took pics of others’ meals. I got the chicken and potato meal, and I really enjoyed it. The space is very brightly lit and almost airy. We were a party of near thirty (or more) and the service was fast considering, and accommodating. Went on a Saturday evening in April, wasn’t too busy in the dining area besides our party.

We aren't from the area and found this place via Google (places to eat near me). First off, our waitress was wonderful! Super friendly and welcoming! I can't remember her name but she was there 1/19/26 at 6pm. As for the food, we ordered a bunch of appetizers and they were all delicious! The bang bang shrimp, sooooooo good!!! You only get 5 but they are thick and large. The flavor, ahhhh, I could have eaten them all night! By far the best waffle fries I've ever had! Chick-fil-A needs to take notes! Crispy and seasoned to perfection! I also asked for some chipotle ranch to dip them in and OMG, they were even better! The sliders were good. My husband liked them a little bit better than I did. This place is more of a roadhouse bar than a restaurant. Tried to have a nice dinner with family (6 people). Once sat it took 15 minutes to order a soda. Then 10 minutes to get said drinks. Ordered appetizers that never came out. Sat for 1 hour before food came out. Only 5 plates came out, 3 of which were cold. 1 of 3 appetizers finally came out and the 6th plate never came out. The bar was packed with only one bartender. I am not sure where exactly the breakdown is whether it's the kitchen, the wait staff, or the management but in my opinion it needs to be completely overhauled. This does not seem like a good place to come and have a meal whether with family or as a couple. I wish I could say I had a good experience here. I recently moved to Stonehouse and decided I wanted to try the grill one night. It wasn't packed maybe had 8 to 10 patrons, looked like a slow night. We were seated outside and the waitress took our order. I ordered fish & chips and my boyfriend ordered alfredo pasta. It took forever to get our food and another waitress claimed it was because they were backed up. When we finally got our food I had the fish but no chips, then the waitress who bought it out claimed that I said no chips when ordering smh...she then said the fries where coming out but I couldn't wait on account of my fish getting cold. The atmosphere was pleasant but they need some upgrades inside & outside the building and the service could've been better.
