Subway

This Subway is horrible with online orders. They do not follow the instructions (extra toasted) or ingredient requests (ie extra or less). Why have that if I can't get it completed? I have tried 3 times in 6 months but every time is a freaking roll of the dice if I get my order correct. Last time the bread was wrong and nothing was followed. This time, it was like they made the order blindfolded after reading it once. I don't check the sandwich in store, I am taking it home to eat. I am done with ordering from this location. Its just embarrassing at this point that simple instructions cannot be followed.

I tried to handle this with the location, but he said he’d leave a message for the manager then hung up on me. The cookie tasted like chemicals. I’m concerned I may have consumed something dangerous.

Always leaving out ingredients if you like online orders this isn't the location to do it they always leave 2 or 3 things off sandwich this is my third time ordering and they forgot smashed avocado and my double cheese every time:/ but the kid is friendly who picks up the phone but are un aware of how to fix the situation

I used to really like subway but it seems like these days they can’t get an online order right. To me the best part of a subway sandwich is when it is nice and warm so I always want it to be toasted. The last two times I’ve done an online order my sandwich’s have not been toasted. It’s seams like the workers are not toasting the to go sandwich’s to save time. I would rather take my service anywhere else.

I don't think I'll ever order food for take-out here again. The food isn't bad, but it seems they go hard on the skimp or make it too fast. I ordered a footlong vege with EXTRA mayo and EXTRA veggies and the picture attached is what I opened up when I got home. At least when ordering in person you can guide them a bit better.
