Dutch Bros Coffee

I go daily to this stand and I look forward to doing so! As a regular, Harrison, Derek, and Fiona are just a few of the broistas who really know how to make me feel special! I enjoy chatting with them, and, as an introvert, that is saying something! I appreciate how many of the broistas know my name and my drink, and they make it deliciously perfect each time.

They are so friendly and everyone is great about learning their customers and remembering the little things about us that make it feel like home. They also do a great job on custom drinks and are fast so I can get back to our busy lives. Love them

Service is great, drinks not so much. A chocolate shake tastes like it's just chocolate milk and crushed ice. Hot cocoa tastes like hot chocolate milk. We got these for our kids because they got some gift cards from church and they were all disappointed. If you're looking for coffee, they don't have it. Everything is sugary mixed with some having espresso. Admittedly I'm not their target market, but apparently my sugar loving children aren't either.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros; however, the Star location is the only one I always have issues with. I usually avoid this one, but today was busy so I stopped here on my way home. As expected, the gentleman taking our order seemed to be distracted, so we had to repeat our order several times. When we paid for our order I used rewards for one of our large drinks, but they were put towards the medium. So, I lost rewards points and still paid extra. Once we got to the window, our order was read back to us, and again, it was incorrect. We had to repeat our order three more times, at which point we were assured our order would be corrected. Unfortunately, our order was still incorrect and only received 1 correct drinks out of the 3 we ordered. Two of them were supposed to be Gingerbread Frost c

Love having a Dutch in star! However I do have e to give a shout out to all. Of the staff! Some of the friendliest & drinks are always made perfect! Thanks Dutch crew!!
