Beans & Brews Coffee House

I’m new to the Idaho area and I was thrilled that they have a beans and brews near me. I’ve been to this location twice now and both times the coffee I’ve gotten has been AWFUL! I’ve been going to beans and brews for the past 15 years and I am well a where that a tan iced mocha is a pre made drink they just add white chocolate to the premade mocha drink. I’ve been getting the same drink for YEARS! When I come here, they try and make their own version of a tan iced mocha. I had to tell them how their drink is supposed to be made! Absolutely ridiculous! So disappointed that my favorite Utah coffee shop is absolutely awful out here in Idaho! Someone please come and train your employees out here how to make your drinks right! You can even see the difference in the 2 drinks!

Got a cold brew and a skinny vanilla latte. Two very simple drinks however our coffee was AWFUL. I’m not sure if it’s cheap beans or what the issue was but both coffee’s were so terrible we immediately threw them away. Do not recommend. There is a Starbucks next door.

Ordered a decaf breve latte - there was absolutely no coffee flavor. It was essentially warm water with some dairy. Will not get again.

My husband and I come here every weekend and love the servers! They are so nice and coffee is great - love them!

The gal that took my order was so sweet and fun. She helped me figure out my gift card balances and made sure my experience was memorable. Coffee is tasty and not expensive. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try new places.
