Subway

Visited this Subway while I was in Socorro and was really hungry, so I ordered a footlong sandwich. It was fresh and hit the spot. They offer a 10% student discount. The staff was friendly. Overall, a solid stop for a quick and fresh meal.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager Garret, or as he likes to call himself "sir asswaldo", is as inefficient as a 3yo throwing a tantrum. This is the 3rd time I have visited this location and was ignored by the grey haired man and the manger for over 15 minutes while I was standing at the counter watching one make online orders (3 to be exact) and run them outside to cars while the manager swept the lobby and texted on his phone. Then, finally after 2 more customers walked in the manager decided to work and came behind the counter. He told his employee that he would not help me and ignored me, not even making eye contact like a reasonable human being. Willard then made my sandwich and put it to toast. I really wish this hadn’t happened, but I became sick and threw up later that evening after eating a meatball sub here. I can’t say for certain what caused it, but the timing was concerning enough to mention. Unfortunately, it made for a very unpleasant experience.

I visited this Subway while passing through on my way to Colorado. I ordered an oven roasted turkey sandwich through the app, and it was ready right when I arrived. The staff was extremely nice and hospitable, which made the quick stop a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Definitely a great spot to grab a meal while on the road.
