Terrible. I ordered two sandwiches and they were completely different. They weren't toasted and only 4 slices of ham per sandwich. If I could give them 5 stars, I would give them bad service.
Found a few hair stuck in the sandwich bread, when we returned to the store, no apology at all, they were not sorry at all, and said "we are all human, we make mistakes". We could not believe their behavior. Awful experience. I was suffering from morning sickness and lost the little appetite that I had...
Today I got stale hard bread. Other days were good, so maybe fault lies at today's employee.
I was getting off of work and saw that they had their subway open light on and when I pulled up they were closed 0/10 not cool guys. Turn the open light off if you're not open.
Was closed at 8 pm, gloogle says 9pm.
