Atlas New World Bistro

Excellent staff and service, Excellent food, superior Bar staff! A special Thank You to Abdul and Indro in Atlas who took great care of us during a week-long stay at the hotel for a family funeral. Also the wonderful chef who was so kind to us and creates incredible dishes! Oh my gosh the food here is amazing! We had several dinners and breakfasts at this restaurant and all were top-notch! The bar has an excellent selection and the staff make great classic and inventive cocktails. They catered a large group dinner for us and it was excellent. The staff were all very gracious with great service skills. Also give special thanks to Mary Jo in the sales office for the restaurant/ hotel who made the arrangements for our large family dinner so easy ro plan , and was very helpful and kind. T

Just moved here and have been trying all the restaurants in the area. This place is 1 of 1, my partner and I absolutely love it and this is our regular spot now. As much as I love that it is quiet, it should not be. You won’t ever have to wait here compared to the places up the road and we have tried those as well, the food is so much better, and the service is literally immaculate. I can’t even explain it in words, phenomenal!! One thing we didn’t realize whenever we first came here was that it is in a hotel, so once you park either on the ground floor or go in the parking garage once you walk through the lobby just go down one floor or take the stairs and you can sit outside where it is beautiful with a bunch of flowers or sit inside where it is even more beautiful with tons of lighting.

Only a few other parties were here when we sat down on a Saturday night. After we got the food I realized why. The samosa appetizer was frozen inside, which I was surprised by, because the reviews here are so good, an we had such high hopes. Rest of the food was average. Naan tasted very floury. Two days later, I saw my credit card had been double charged - one with tbr tip, and one without, so it didn’t look like a duplicated. What a shame, because I had booked this place for a large party in few weeks but I guess we will need to find a new spot.

Quite the hidden gem in Roslyn, basically if you know, you know!... Popped in to celebrate a birthday & enjoy the sounds of the pianist who played wonderfully. We ordered off the summer menu, the main and the Indian Fusion Menu...our server Akbar was the best!, very accommodating and attentive, Everything was served nice and hot, presented well and very tasty....

FIVE STAR DINE IN EXPERIENCE! We were staying at The Roslyn Hotel, New York. We were there for 17 nights for our son’s medical appointment. We got breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast was provided at the Atlas New World Bistro. It’s a fine dining place with many different options. It’s located in the lower level of the hotel. We were served by the staff members Mr. Milan and Ms. Sam. They both were caring and receptive of our needs. They were able to customize our breakfast orders with meat free options. The food was both delicious and visually appealing. The chefs working here are phenomenal. I wish they can include more vegetarian options in their menu. The morning coffee was great.
