The Bryant Library

We recently attended the kids program at Bryant Library and I was really impressed with how engaging and well-organized everything was. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about working with children. Each activity—from story time to arts and crafts—was age-appropriate, educational, and fun. Its a fantastic way to get children excited about reading and learning. Highly recommended for families looking for great enriching activities!

I love finding a quiet library to get work done. This location is a part of Gerry Park (which is beautiful). There is a pretty decent collection of books on the shelves, a large seating area, computers (desktops) available by the hour and private rooms you can book for events. Staff were friendly and warm and everyone respected the space by being quiet. I dropped in around 10a on a weekday when it tends to be quieter. So worth the stroll before or after your visit. The inside matches the outside with thoughtful public seating areas. I love that there’s a bike rack and lots of parking. I’m excited to come back!

Fantastic programs for adults and kids. It's great to see how the library keeps people of all ages engaged. From exercise classes to art to movie screenings to kids storytime. Highly recommend getting involved if you're looking for something fun and reasonable for yourself and the family.

Attended a concert here in the upstairs hall on 2/29/2023. The library itself is located in a beautiful setting ideal for an outdoor stroll. The concert lasted one hour with some classical and other pieces. A pianist, harpist and flautest made up the entertaining trio. If you go to the Bryant Library website you can enter your email address to get their eBlasts aboit upcoming programs. The library is situated in Roslyn, NY. BTW from 1 to 4pm Mon thru Sat, across from the library there is smaller white building where used books can be donated and available for purchase
