Subway

Ordered on the APP today, 2/25/36 said pick up is 11:15 am. When I arrive at 11, doors were locked and lights it's off yes I know I was early, but was waiting in my car. When I went I asked the girl if you dont open at 9 am anymore, she rudely says when there is a 2 hour daily we open 2 hours later. I said oh wasn't aware of that or that there was a delay, I dont have any kids in school. She rudely replies "well I do". She was very rude and if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be in customer service. Allica Hutton

We ordered food and our son picked up the order. The subs were all STALE and when we contacted them they refused to make it right. The order got double charged and they said it was not a problem but then said they had to eat the cost of the other order without letting us know they made the order twice. We would have paid for both and got both. I guess when they have a mistake and have to eat the cost they give you old stale subs Our son plays sorts year round and we gave them slot of business. We will not be coming back and will be sure to spread the word

Walked in and decided to go with the "meal of the day" since it was $9.99 w/ small drink & chips. At checkout they said the signs went up today but that starts tomorrow. Wouldn't honor what is displayed. $17.38 instead of 9.99. Honestly just disappointed in this location ever since the renovation and management change.

I got subs from the Philipsburg one and they were very stale and when I called in the supervisor was very rude and argued with me that I was lying and she was very unprofessional!!! Don’t go here the food has always been okay never good, the bread has been stale more than once and we just delay with it! HORRIBLE!!!!
