If you’re anywhere near Philipsburg, PA and haven’t eaten at Graham's Up In Smoke, you are seriously missing out! We ordered the brisket fries with EVERYTHING on them and the smoked mac and cheese...and my goodness… absolutely phenomenal. The brisket was tender, juicy, and packed with that rich, smoky flavor that hits you before you even take your first bite. We were literally drooling just smelling it! The fries were loaded and perfectly cooked, and that smoked mac and cheese? Creamy, cheesy, and infused with just the right amount of smoke to make it unforgettable. Not only was the food out of this world world delicious, but the gentleman in the kitchen was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell there’s pride and passion behind every plate that comes out. Wow! Returning from a trip, my wife was showing early signs of hangriness. A quick internet search showed this place which we had driven by many times without noticing. It’s not well marked for people racing home off of I-80. GPS took us right there. Glad we found it. Great food, great service, friendly staff. Will make it our go to place to and from I-80!

We stopped in here while traveling through Philipsburg based on excellent reviews we had read and they were spot on. We both had beef brisket which was flavorful, moist, and fall off your fork tender. Hand cut fries were cooked to crispy perfection and were very tasty too. I had mac n cheese and hubby had baked beans, which were both good as well. Portions are very large (neither of us could finish our full meal) and price was very reasonable ($20/per meal for one meat, 2 sides, and a can of soda). Highly recommend you check them out! You will not be disappointed! Dining room was very chilly but server did turn the heat up while we were there, so hopefully that warmed it up a bit after we left.

Stop by this place! It looks inconspicuous from the outside, and has great food inside. We stopped by and knew we were in the right place when we saw the big smoker out back rolling away, along with the great smell of smoked meats. We had the brisket and the pulled pork, along with fries and Mac and cheese. The meats were great, juicy and flavorful. The fries were some of the best we ever had. The Mac and cheese was sort of dry, not our favorite. The staff was great and explained everything on the menu and stopped by the table to check on us numerous times. We will stop back again and recommend you do as well!

Absolutely fabulous food! Doesn't look like much from the road, but don't be fooled, this is a great place! Brisket, pulled pork, sausage.....and more. Mouth watering.....try it for yourself!
