American Diner

Little place. Nice for a quick stop traveling. Friendly service. Cream chip beef was tasty. Spouse had grilled cheese and fries and said it was not the best grilled cheese. Cheese was barely melted. On as the special of the day so guess we thought it would be something a little more special.

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were fairly large. The prices were reasonable and the staff were very friendly and answered my questions with patience. The waitress was kind enough to take a photo of my group. The atmosphere was a classic diner style. There was a menu board that listed the specials for the day but the waitress also informed us of the specials. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend the American Diner.

This place deserves all the stars! Service? Amazing. Food? So good, fresh wish such a homemade feel. Currently traveling from CT to OH and stopped here for breakfast. Pure American Diner, if I'm ever back in PA I'm hunting this place down again. Excellent place to start your day

My dad and my dads side of the family are from Osceola Mills, Philipsburg. I however live and was born in York, Pennsylvania. After all the years of visiting my dads family this was my first time ever going to the American Diner and let me tell you there was no disappointment at all!!! The food,hospitality, service and even the quaint small town atmosphere was at its highest. It is definitely in mine and my families opinion a perfect go to if you want great home cooked food without doing it yourself. Can’t wait to go back and visit and have a great meal with my family. Whether your passing through or live in the area don’t miss out on this place!!

Stopped here for breakfast amid traveling. Staff was great, especially considering I am a person who travels with a service dog, prices were reasonable, and the food was great! Zoë and I give five stars!
