Subway

We’ve consistently received poor service at this Subway location, especially when placing online orders. It’s unacceptable to place an order online, wait 25 to 30 minutes, arrive at the stated ready time, only to find the order hasn’t even been started — and then be asked to wait in line. This completely defeats the purpose of using the online ordering system for convenience and efficiency.

Please get some help/ leadership in this Subway! Understaffed (one employee on a Saturday who had been working there for 2 weeks), he said there is no manager, they are out of a lot of product, cleanliness is poor, 93 from the health department was a gift! In case you can’t tell yet…. Don’t go here and expect fast, accurate orders.

Sandwich had very little meat and even after adding all the vegetables, I still had more bread then anything. Also, this location doesn't take coupons.

Sllllooooowwwww, unknowledgeable staff with no understanding of the menu. Only 1 employee working at lunch rush???? And she works at a snails pace! Dirty dining area, bathroom hasn’t seen a cleaning in months. Avoid this place at all costs

I tried to use my coupon that I received in the mail and they wouldn't take it. The manager said the owner won't take them because it's a low profit store and they have the option not to take them. This appeared to be evident from the one person working there every time that I visit the establishment. I also ordered the footlong pretzel that was completely tasteless. I will travel a little farther for a better Subway.
