Jersey Mike's Subs

This location has really fallen off lately. Our last two orders took forever and were made and labeled wrong. I caught it before leaving the store the first time (absolute chaos behind the counter and they weren't that busy), but this time my son picked it up after it was already packaged and we didn't find out until after he got home with it.

Waited over 20 minutes while they prioritize online orders over the people actually present in the store. Didn't even start making my sub until after that time had passed. Totally unacceptable. Why don't you think about the people in the restaurant? Especially for the price.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Jersey mikes. Ordered online. When I arrived the store was very busy and we had to wait 30 mins for the food. Then they got the order wrong. No mayo no pickle. I ordered through the app can your employees not read. I drove 35 mins to get here because it is the closest to my house. I will never return. Please avoid this jersey mikes at all cost. Spent 18$ on a sandwich I didn’t want. If I wanted to come home and make my own sandwich I would have and been a lot cheaper than 18$.

Ordered here before no problem. This time, over a 30 min wait, and nothing but a bunch of teenagers in here chit chatting with their friends. Ridiculous management and embarrassing show of of professionalism by the staff. Got a good look behind the counter during my extended wait. And as I'm leaving I get a sarcastic, "Have a great rest of your night." Disappointed is an understatement.

I'm giving this entire staff five stars because they were just as cheerful at closing when I needed something to eat. I'm not sure why it says it was busier than usual because I was the only customer in here. They made me feel right at home. Thanks to everyone here!
