Bojangles

Been to this Bojangles at least 50 times, I will no longer be going back. Time and time again the service is horrible, food is always old or died out. You can taste the old oil in the food, it's a disgusting taste. Plus you never feel like you get the portion sizes you ordered.

Placed a mobile order 45 minutes ago. They marked it as ready (so there stats would look good I’m sure) but I sat there for 35 minutes, called in twice and THEN finally got my food. Stuff happens. I’ve managed a few restaurants myself. But to come outside, hand me my food, and not say a single word? No apology? NOTHING? This store needs a serious wake up call. No wonder the reviews are so bad. P.S. I ordered sweet tea. This is pink lemonade.

I should have read the reviews first. Biscuit was hard. Chicken was overcooked and hard to chew. Worst of all, I ordered dirty rice and what I received is not the dirty rice you expect. It was extremely soggy/watery and no sausage bits at all. I poured most of the water off and the rice had no flavor.

This is the last time I am stopping at THIS Bojangles. It's always a ridiculously long wait for FAST FOOD but it's on my route home from work. This evening I have sat in a line of ONLY 3 cars including mine for over 20 minutes with no explanation. I would say do better but it the service here just keeps getting worse. I'll go somewhere that actually values customer business.

I was hoping the automated attendant for the drive thru would improve over time, but unfortunately it hasn't. It continually tries to upsell, ask unnecessary questions and make the ordering process longer. DEFINITELY not a customer centric approach.
