The past maybe 4 times I’ve been here they haven’t been able to properly cook my footlong cookie. I keep coming back to give them a second chance but I’m fed up now. Never buy their cookies!

Owner actively voids free foot long coupons on online orders. There are better subways around, avoid this one.

Placed an order on the app, order was confirmed. I arrived to pick it up and the employees told me they canceled it. Maybe they didn't feel like working that day?

Charged my for cutting my sandwich in half and wrapping it separately!! Also put about 3 flakes of shredded cheese on my sandwich and charged me $2(!) to put more. I go to other Subways about once a week and have NEVER been told any of this from any other subway across the country.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Subway location on July 18th around 8 PM. I had placed an order in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I found out they had canceled my order without informing me—no call, no message, nothing. When I asked the staff about it, their behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. Shockingly, one of the employees threw the change at my face, which was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating. I tried to speak with the manager, expecting a reasonable explanation or at least an apology, but the manager’s attitude was just as careless and dismissive. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Subway seriously needs to investigate this location and take action. No customer should be treated like this. I will not be ret
