I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at this location. • The staff member who prepared my order did not change gloves and cross-contaminated my chicken sandwich by adding bacon strips, despite my clear order. • When I politely asked about it, the response I received was: “I am very busy, this will happen.” • Additionally, when I used an online coupon, the same staff member yelled at me, saying that you “don’t make money on this order.” This behavior was both unprofessional and concerning, especially given the food safety issue of cross-contamination. I expect a higher standard of service and respect as a customer. I kindly request that you look into this matter, ensure staff are trained properly in food safety and customer service

If you are ordering online give yourself at least an hour before you want to actually have your sandwich. Service is really slow and the one employee is often overwhelmed with orders and no support. I ordered online and found a stack of online orders when I went to collect. Employee was only serving people who went in to order, which I proceeded to do. Location must be the only reason that this store is still open! It would be faster to order literally anywhere else and travel to collect it. Won’t be going back.

Good food, good service, great prices

My experience was absurd the worker completely judged my order and did not make it how I wanted it at all and then did not give me my cup when I paid for a drink and before I even ordered, she stood in the back for 10 minutes on the phone with someone Ignoring our hellos completely unprofessional and should not be working at the establishment

Came here to get 2 turkey sandwiches. She made me 2 basic turkey sandwiches nothing was doubled or anything nothing special and she charged me for the titan turkeys which is extra meat and cheese. Didn’t ask for the titan turkey nor did I receive it, only charged for it. When I asked for the receipt she took a while to find it in the stack she had like she didn’t want to give it to me. Always ask for your receipt if you care to know if you are over charged.
