Subway

Great service, fresh and very good food. Even the toppings were good-looking and fresh. Chips were limited to 2 choices, but likely due to how busy they were. Clean restaurant and high food health score as of my visit 7/21/24. Located inside the truck stop, so it was busy in here. I was hesitant because of the ratings, but very satisfied with my experience.

I wish I would've seen this reviews BEFORE placing an online order! Not worth it at all.

Food was great and made just how I wanted it. My only problem was it seemed like I was being rushed when no one was in line. Another lady from DQ came over and told me my total after I already knew my total. I told her I know already and then she proceeded to repeat the total once again. I don’t appreciate that whole situation.

Absolute worse service. Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready by 7:35. I arrived at 7:45, it wasn’t ready and I waited another 20 minutes for them to make it. 4 subs. They made 2 and proceeded to take other customers that came in after me before finishing making the other 2. Will never return to this location and definitely don’t recommend. Especially if your in a hurry. The only good thing I can say is the stuff looked fresh compared to the other Kenly location.

I went to the one in Kenly on Church Street. I found their sandwiches about $2 more than a regular Subway store. When I asked the lady why she said because they were privately owned and could charge that. Grant you they are off the interstate but still I always thought Subway was a consistent price. I know I won't be back again. So I hope those two high price subs they sold me we're worth losing more business from me
