Subway

Standard subway fare. The food was good enough for my kids, service was great and the store was clean. Nothing to complain about here!

The employees here are consistently unfriendly. They never greet customers with a smile, and I’ve felt unwelcome every time I’ve visited. I only came in to pick up orders for customers; otherwise, I wouldn’t choose to come here at all.

The staff was so nice and the lady who made our sandwiches was seriously so good! It was the best assembled sandwich ever. Took her time and didn’t just throw it all together. Soda was flat from the fountain but I didn’t know that until we left. And that’s not really their fault. :)

Terrible. They barely gave me any meat. They over charged for everything, normally my subway sandwich is $11, here it was $16. When I asked him to toast my sandwich once, then only half as long in the toaster again for 15 seconds. He toasted it twice and burnt it badly, then cut it in half before the sandwich was done. He gave me one napkin, when I asked for extra napkins he gave me one more napkin. Terrible do not recommend. Go to Subway hamakua instead.

I bought 2 salads and a cookie for $25.00 The entire salad only came up to the line on the bowl which is less than halfway. Hardly any lettuce 5 slices of olive, 5-6 pieces of chicken. I have never seen anything like it. I have been going to subway as long as I can remember. The owners now are very unfriendly and rude at times. It is never busy when I go. It use to be busy all the time. This is the last time I will go in there. I guess there buisness is so slow that they can't afford to put lettuce in the bowl. That's what happens when you have no Aloha!
