Subway

Ordered on the app. Food was ready when we got there and was made to our liking. Walked in and was greeted, picked up the food order and a I was walking out thru made sure to day bye. What greatv place to dine in as well, the dining area was clean.

My hubby and I just moved into Hartselle and wanted to try this subway for the first time, well that was a terrible mistake. This has to be the absolute worst subway I've ever eaten! We made an online order and actually ended up running a little late to pick it up but when we arrive the lady tells us that they just started making it. No problem, we wait. We get the food home and it's wrong. We ordered regular bread on both subs, not toasted... The bread had been toasted so much it was as hard as the counter top, literally couldn't even bite it, on both of them. I ordered my sub with bacon and paid for extra bacon and it was so flimsy like it never got cooked. To top it all off, while we were waiting on our food to be made we asked if the sweet tea was sweet or not and she said yes it was s

Had the same terrible experience as the other 1 star raters. Poor customer service and order wasnt what i ordered. Cold cut combo turned into a bologna sandwich and meatball was missing everything but the meatball. Subway itself is good but this locations owner, management and employees need retraining and people skills as they just don't care and the service and health report reflects that. I wouldn't be surprised if some unfortunate person gets listeria from this location.

This Subway is hit or miss, and unfortunately, it leans more toward miss. The attitude from the workers is consistently inconsistent, and more often than not, comes off as rude. I’m not expecting fanfare, but a little appreciation for a paying customer shouldn’t be too much to ask. On my most recent visit, the staff (mostly under 22) were generally pleasant, though distracted. I had to repeat my order multiple times while they were caught up in side conversations or answering coworkers’ questions. They still managed to get part of the order wrong. The store itself was clean and the food fresh, but prices are getting ridiculous. I asked for the 6" sandwich of the day, but the employee made a foot-long, then just shrugged and said it was already made when I questioned the price, basically

Nice and quiet very clean. People very nice helpful. Have the food was delicious. A very good place to stop and get a quick bite.
