I never leave negative reviews, but this location has been terrible lately. I order JJ’s at least once a week, usually delivered to my job because I cannot leave for lunch. The service for my most recent three orders are as follows: 1) delivered almost 1.5 hours after the order was placed, 2) order was delivered quickly but missing items and the store didn’t answer when I called to see if they could call the driver, and 3) delivered an hour after the order was placed and my $10 tip got my family’s dinner delivered to the neighbor’s house. We had to go on a treasure hunt to find it. Don’t expect your delivery to be “freaky fast” or correct.

Ordering from this place is like trying to get a toddler to follow any sort of instruction... chaotic and somehow covered in hair. This past order, there was a hair on the cheese. Just lounging there like it pays rent. The order before that, the cheese tasted sour, like it had gone bad. I reorder the same sandwiches every single time, and they can NEVER make it correctly. It's always different (but never good). The only time they made it correctly was the very first time I ever tried Jimmy Johns. I'm questioning why I keep going back. The last two orders, the worst of them all, have made me feel sick almost immediately after eating them. I am literally one bite away from writing my will and making a note for the sandwich to be the primary suspect. They are freaky fast, there's no doubt. Th

I went into the shop and ordered a combo. Julia the sandwich maker made my sandwich to perfection , nothing fell out of the roll as I was eating it and everything was layered professionally. Thank you Julia it was very delicious.

EVERY TIME we've gone to this place it just seems like nobody wants to work and all they think about is closing the store. This will be the LAST attempt to give this pace a chance. Chance...BLOWN!!!
