Jefferson's

This was a great visit! The wings were crispy and flavorful, the veggies were fresh, the curly fries and tots were crispy, and the service was friendly. The turbo, double-dipped wings were not as hot as I thought and were very doable. I can think of at least 3-4 BWW sauces that are hotter, for comparison, if you’re scared of the heat. Only gripe I have is you only get 1 cup of dip with a 10-piece. They’re small, 2oz cups. I feel you should get 1 cup for every 5 wings since they come in 5s. Also, only tortilla chips on the wing plates and all other sides are an up-charge. So beware; I didn’t read well. Also, it sounded like an arcade in the back. So that is cool! We’ll be back for sure to try other things.

The buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was awesome but seriously add a pie of bread, toast, something so soak up the sauce afterward unless you want me licking the bottom of it next time. Glad to see you up this way. Used to be one of my go to places 25 years ago when I was in college at Jax State.

We found this spot today and ate bone in wings, tator tots and fried mushrooms. It has only been open for over a month but well woth coming by and trying the food. Samantha was a wonderful server and ensured we enjoyed our time here.

Very happy to have Jefferson’s in Hartselle. Service today was outstanding! Bethany was great! Food came out hot and fresh and very tasty! Had the corn nuggets and Asian Zinger wings. Also wings without sauce. Wings tasted great but they were very small. Smaller than those sold at other Jefferson’s. So I ate 10 which I normally cannot do. Please buy larger wings! The taste is great and cooked perfectly but for the price, please buy larger ones! We will be back. It is a very cool place but if the wings aren’t bigger next time, probably will not be back often.
