Subway

I love this place but they need to start serving fresh bread ,it seems every time I eat there lately the bread not fresh anymore, it's crumblely, please make more fresh bread thank you

When asked to hear me at and cheese for protein bowl which is 14 dollars, was told he could not. 3/07/26, 1130am. Dissatisfied I am. Had poor attitude that he even needed to make it.

Ordered from the app. Got a tuna sub with 50% more meat and no cheese due to a severe milk allergy. Got home and it had less meat than normal and had cheese. Once I saw it had cheese it made it to where I could not eat the sub. Not the first time this has happened, sure it won't be the last.

The family wanted subway. They decided right after I got done grocery shopping at food lion. So it worked out it was right next door and I had frozen food. Tried placing my order on the app 5 times and everytime it would go to saying my card was expired. It doesn't expire till 2028. So walked over to the store itself and the guy said he had no idea what was going on, was very rude and just acted like he didn't want to take my order. So I walked out. To bad cause that was 7 sandwiches and sides he would have sold. Guess they don't care about making money or keeping customers

This review is close to one month late. We traveled to a South Carolina funeral and stopped at this Subway for lunch. We were greeted by the most friendly Subway employee we've ever experienced, Mr. Malachi. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable and respectful. Customer service is a rarity today, especially in the fast-food industry. However, Mr. Malachi is the epitome of customer service, and Subway is fortunate to have him on staff. David and Karen
