Subway

I ordered through DoorDash from this location. My dasher mentioned they didn’t have turkey so I suggested a change to roast beef or BLT. Once delivered the end result was a soggy sandwich with what I’m guessing is chicken (tastes nothing with the texture of foam, don’t know how anyone likes that). I understand you are out of things, but to give me a random sandwich was a bit rude. I did end up picking the “chicken” off and eating the veggies and soggy bread because we were out of food…. This wasn’t the first time this shop has messed up.

Black guy working the closing shift on April 10 around 7:30 who is always rude and frustrated. It's not just a one-time thing; every time I see him behind the counter, I know the service won't be great. He sighs in annoyance when I ask for a little more black pepper and refused to heat my sub because "we close in 15 minutes." I get it, but he should have communicated that better prior to. The food is good, it's good ol' fashioned Subway, but how the sandwich is prepared matters to me as the customer, and if the food designer doesn't appreciate his job, then maybe he should consider a career where he doesn't have to deal with people. If he can't handle customer interaction, he should be replaced and let someone who actually wants to work take his place.

Sign said closes at 8pm but they stop serving by 7:40pm. I'd give it 1 star but I've never been able to actually order yet for the full experience.

I’ve ordered twice from door dash. They won’t pick up the phone to respond to calls despite spending 60$ across two orders. Both times they’ve gotten my order wrong and won’t refund or send me a fixed sandwich. Avoid this store like the plague.
