food is buss, customer service was not older lady w the glasses was rude and unprofessional the young slim lady handing out food dropped it when i reached instead of handing it to me. idk how to say it, but she not handing the food right and had stank face. the manager was very nice tho❤️

I ate here on July 23, 2020, and I’m a vegan, I ordered the avocado veg out, and in between slices of lettuce were multiple pieces of shredded meat pieces. That is absolutely disgusting. The amount of cross contamination in that kitchen must be beyond disgusting. I was so upset I had started crying, I took pictures and email customer service, and never received a response. This is absolutely one of the nastiest things I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant in the 7 years of not eating meat. There is absolutely no excuse for meat and produce to have been cross contaminated at a bagel shop.

Who can find this place? Gps took me to the hospital then to another place then other people told me to go somewhere else. I called repeatedly and no one answered the phone. Sure would have loved to try it.

Please hold the bad negative attitudes at the register. If me coming and spending money annoys you I will gladly stop coming

Bagel and coffee was good. They were backed up and had a decent wait time for food. The cashier got my drink wrong. Overall not a bad experience, definitely cheaper than other similar alternatives like starbucks.
