The girl working right now is doing her best but I am here for a pickup so I stepped to the side until she is able to make it and not sure when she will begin making it considering others in line. Technically a pickup order is placed first so either it'd be nice to have two people working at all times or pickup orders to be prioritized. Again nothing against the girl working right now. Afyer about 5 customers i asked when she could start my order but more people kept coming in so I canceled
Took the kiddos out for some ice cream and they all loved it. The girl who attended us was patient and very kind.
Visited this location 30 Jan. The worker had an airpod in one ear and got my order wrong. i was in the car before i opened it and realized. It was 8:30 pm (website says it closes at 10pm). Went to take down chairs from the table to have a seat and the same worker HOLLERED at us saying the lobby was closed. I’ve gone before, sat down and never had this issue. This same girl is always rude every time we go.
Female at the front, only one working gave straight attitude as we walked in the door. Didn’t even bother getting ice cream
There was a lady who took my order and she had the worst attitude and my total was 8.91 but when I was about to tip she turned the device to herself and tipped herself my total overall was 10.91 um is that stealing?!?
