The short lady working the register tonight had a very bad attitude. She was impatient and rude. The meal came with a medium cup and she gave me a small then tried to charge me for asking for something comparable. When I asked to change the coupon she took it and threw it on the counter. I cancelled my order because I don’t need to deal with that attitude. This needs to be addressed.
The food was okay, but the manager there was terrible. I believe her name is Charity, I saw how she acted towards the employees under her, she was EXTREMELY passive aggressive while the employees just looked defeated after being talked to in that manner.
She did amazing working by herself so kind and helpful
Ms Lori is the best manager on the installation! Food is always fresh when I order and her staff is pretty great I might add. If you ever run into a problem she is the go to.
Been coming to Popeyes at South Post since 2019. I highly suggest if you like fresh chicken meals to feed your family come here anytime you’re in Fayetteville and if you have base access. Well worth it!!!!! Highly recommend. Anytime Mrs. Marciano is in the kitchen you will not be disappointed. I truly Believe that she should be a regional manager for all the Popeyes in the area. Creg
