Subway

Absolutely awful service. Ordered on door dash because I was unable to go to to the store myself. They gave me the wrong sandwich. When I contacted the store the girl admitted she messed up and put the wrong sandwich in the bag. I asked how she intended to make it right. She said you can come up here in the morning. I told her that doesn’t really help me for food tonight now does it. She said her manager started the only way they could do anything related to voiding and refunding or remaking the sandwich is if I brought it up there. I explained again - had I had the ability to do that I wouldn’t have door dashed. Completely useless especially after she admitted it was her mistake. Absolute trash.

Location is filthy. Only two employees, the young boy was very rude and nasty. Order avocado, didnt get it. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got no bacon on it!!!!! Went back inside to have my order fixed. He grabbed both subs and threw them in the trash all hard. Then didnt wash his hands. Tried to put the gloves on but couldn’t. Ripped one of them took it off threw it on the floor then threw the box of gloves on the floor since he was out of them. Kicked the box on the floor. Got mad at the young lady when she was trying to help, I just had enough so I asked for my money back. Couldn’t believe it!!! The young lady was polite. The young boy shouldn’t be working here anymore. Based on these reviews already, he needs to be let go and who ever is the manager, obviously needs to be replaced

This place no longer allows for proper coupon usage and will instead force you to pick basic sandwiches. Franchise owners are allowed to make these changes per store, but we also have the choice of where to spend our money.

a girl named gabby there did so well and was super patient with me and my kids did so well and will definitely be coming back again!!!

I can't believe how utterly expensive subway is now, a footlong and drink is 18 dollars at least, this is absolute insanity, i never go here because of this, i did today because it had been so long, never going back, these sandwiches are not worth 15 dollars, Subway used to be comparable to Wendys, or Whataburger in prices, not anymore, they act like a high end deli with their prices but they are still low quality, the only thing they have increased are their prices, you can't go here if you are on a budget, it is just sad
