Subway

I ordered (2 )ft. long chicken bacon ranch subs they normally come with chunks of chicken today it was like chicken salad texture. I honestly thought they gave us tuna instead of chicken. They were disgusting. I ordered online and went in for pickup. The staff was nice they just made crappy sandwiches.

Usually I love subway, my go to sandwich is always delicious and I love visiting this location. When I tell you my visit today was the worst one I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. My sandwich was so overly toasted I couldn’t even eat it. All of the employees had headphones in and asked me to repeat myself several times. None of them greeted us or had good customer service skills what so ever. The employee said what do you want when I arrived at the line. We waited several moment for anyone to come out and help us. They were all hiding in the back. I’ve worked in fast food for a long time and I’d never treat my customers like this. I went in to the store and was greeted in a very condescending, "What do you want?" Afterwards I began to describe the sandwich, I asked for flat bread and was presented with the hardest, driest flat bread I've ever seen, upon asking which meat I wanted, I told the worker and all I got back was "hmmm?" In the most unenthusiastic, no care tone imaginable. They then put whatever cheese they wanted on it without asking me and when I asked for the cheese I wanted I got the same, "hmmm?" As before. That's when I saw that he had his headphones in and wasn't listening to anything I was saying. When I got to salad side I was already pretty upset about it, but I told him what I wanted and he only put about 3 quarters of the sandwich on there. Worst experience of the day. We ordered 2 footlong and footlong churo. The guy added footlongs and churo in same bag. When we reached home and say the churo was in completely folded way (see photo). Even they charged extra for Avocado ranch which they never charged previously. Server was also not able to understand what to add in footlong. Very bad experience of the day. Waste of money

I left my wallet there. You're manger or staff found every means necessary to make shur i got my wallet. Plus the sandwich was bussin.
