If you want some of the best food you’ll ever have, this is the place. Amazing onion rings, incredible cheesecake, and generous portions. Everything is American-made and locally owned. The subs here are the best I’ve ever tasted—don’t go to Subway, come here instead. Support local businesses.

As soon as my family and I walked in, we were greeted by a warm, friendly face, and the service truly stood out from the start. Looking around, you immediately feel like you’ve stepped back in time—this is clearly a local spot with character. We ordered the steak and cheese. If you’re checking the menu online, be sure to read it carefully—the full sandwich is $13.50. With two sandwiches, three drinks, and a tip, our total came to about $40. The food was good, but the sandwiches didn’t quite match what was pictured on the website, and we all still left feeling hungry. On the positive side, the service was excellent, they had that good ice, and the bathrooms were clean.

Ordered take out sub and it was phenomenal. I have passed this restaurant many times over the past two years residing in Wilmington and knew it would be delicious. 10/10 recommend. I know I’ll be stopping by again soon for a Philly cheesesteak. I went with a regular Italian sub today. Flavorful, great portion size and price!

I work about 10 minutes away so I placed my order online, which was easy to do, and by the time I got to Sub Stop, my food was ready. This is my first time but I will for sure be going back. Great sub and really good pickle chips (I had already eaten one before taking the picture) and awesome ranch.

A hidden gem…prices very reasonable. I had the “19” all the way. Ridiculously good. Going to be a regular customer going forward.
