Stonover Farm

Oh my goodness, this place is HEAVEN. Tucked in the woods of Lenox, not far from the interstate, this B&B is so incredibly charming, we didn't want to leave! We went in March, and even though it was overcast and the trees hadn't yet started to bloom, the buildings stand out beautifully – an inviting beacon of warmth. The first thing we were struck with upon entering was the design – impeccable in every way. The soft blues and wood tones; the fireplaces and mix of tasteful new & vintage furnishings place this B&B leagues ahead of the many others that we've visited in the Berkshires. The rooms were perfectly appointed, and the bathrooms shockingly modern and large. They really have phenomenal taste! I'm not sure how I can even describe in words the way we feel about Stonover. Starting with Randy and Christine who are the most incredible hosts and just a joy to be around, they made us feel right at home when we arrived to kick off our wedding week. From the rooms to Randy's home cooked breakfast - it was all exceptional. After spending a few beautiful days on the property with our families, we had the honor of hosting our Rehearsal dinner and wedding at Stonover to wrap up our stay there. Our guests were in awe of the beauty and we had the absolute best time of our lives. We can't wait for our next visit to this special place. Thank you for everything Randy and Christine!

The photo on TripAdvisor is not updated for the renovated Stonover Inn. The property is so special. Every last detail is well thought out…the furniture, the paint colors and wall paper and the art. I had a bad case of house envy. We stayed in Suite 3 for two nights…king suite that was roomy and comfortable. Randy, the owner, greeted us upon check in and showed us around. Randy also cooked made to order breakfast in the a.m. Christine, the manager was there each morning and both Randy and Christine were informative and offered great advice for hikes, shops and restaurants. It was a wonderful few days in a very special place. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Stoneover Farm and hosting our wedding here and we were blown away. The venue is not only absolutely stunning (truly all of our guests loved it!) but Christine and Randy were the ultimate hosts and made us feel so welcome and at home. The rooms are fully stocked and I felt so at ease that I even got a good nights rest the night before the wedding, the bed was THAT comfy. Plus, as a couple who is not local, we had multiple visits to the site before the wedding day to show it to various family members who all visited at different times. First time to Stoneover in the Berkshires. The owners Randy and Allison and their Manager Christine could not be more helpful, considerate and attentive. The rooms are beautifully appointed and maintained. The grounds are equally beautiful. The overall atmosphere that pervades Stoneover simply makes you forget your troubles and concerns and decidedly puts you at peace. The room includes breakfast and Randy puts together fabulous breakfasts for the guests. Location - perfect as it is 5 minutes to Lenox Square and, more importantly, about a quarter of a mile directly down the road from Tanglewood.
