Stephanie's BBQ III

This was the meal i decided to have for New Year’s Eve and it did not disappoint. The combos are phenomenal, the staff was great and who doesn’t like Portuguese bbq? Let’s be real.

I have eaten here a couple of times recently took the barbecued chicken to go because they were closing but people were still sitting eating . The chicken is good but I think it needs more seasoning on it but its cooked very good texture of chicken is good . I really like their soups I have had the kale with a potato base and I think sausage is in it . The chicken soup is also very good .I had the sampler with bacala fried balls and Spanish sausage, fried potato chips and garlic shrimps. The shrimps could use more garlic on it but it was very good and I enjoyed the food .

I had steak which was pretty good. The vegetables that came with the steak were mostly cabbage. The beef empanada was really good. The roasted corn was roasted nicely but had no seasoning on it. The wings are breaded and were terrible: soggy breading mess on the outside. I ate part of 1 and threw them all away. I wouldn’t recommend this place, for the $70 I spent I could have gotten much better food elsewhere.

It was 28 dollars, the rice was watery and had little to no seasoning. The flavor in the ribs is like they are stale and it tasted like all they did was reheat it up. The fries were cold

They increased their prices but the quantity and the quality of the food has gone down. I live 2 minutes away and I rarely eat here because The Pit in Bloomfield gives you better chicken and they don’t give you a pan full of fries with little to no chicken. I won’t be wasting my money or time here anymore.
