Don’t do it! They rush you through the drive through, don’t give you napkins, didn’t give us spoons and then their large fries are more like a small! When I asked for 2 spoons and some napkins I got 1 spoon and 2 napkins. This is not how customer service should be. I know this because I’ve been in customer service for 12 years! I’ll go to Fazoli’s next door on my next trip out.
Stopped for lunch on our way home from visiting my parents. I've been a fan (and a critic) of Steak 'n Shake for 30 years. If you search my reviews you'll find one we stopped at in GA that should be closed, it was poorly run and nasty. BUT...on the opposite end of the spectrum is this exceptionally clean (albeit a newer restaurant) and we'll run restaurant in Hazard. We were greeted immediately by an incredibly friendly young woman, our lunch was fantastic (doubles) and we two perfect peanut shakes to go.
The line was long at the drive thru but the food was ready when I got to the window. The burgers and shakes are pretty tasty but I'm not a fan of their thin fries.
Awesome place to eat, quick service, good food, and amazing prices, one of the few restaurants I feel like really gives you bang for your buck with some high quality food.
Love this restaurant!!!❤️🤍🖤 Had the bacon BBQ steak burger. So good!!! 😊 Menu has a lot to choose from.
