Fazoli's

Zakayla provided excellent service and was very attentive to our needs in the store. She brought our food out hot and fresh, and make to ask if we needed anything else in our visit! Great job Zakayla!

Fazoli’s is such a wonderful place with the kindest staff. Jeanie is the sweetest and always makes things right. Jacob goes above and beyond and makes you feel right at home. Zakayla was our server last time and was so warm and attentive. They catered my wedding and it was phenomenal!! Every bit of the food was gone! Amazing food, amazing people, and a welcoming environment ❤️

Fazoli’s absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and efficient. The food was served hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared — rich sauces, tender pasta, and those iconic breadsticks that somehow stay warm and irresistible every single time. Portions were generous, prices were fair, and the quality exceeded expectations for fast-casual dining. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do. Fazoli’s isn’t just convenient — it’s consistently excellent and a place I’m always happy to return to.

Every time we visit, Jacob in the drive thru always works with us to get us the best deals. As a family of 8, getting the best price is important and he is a great help to make sure we aren’t overpaying and also getting enough for everybody. Jacob has worked there for a long time and definitely knows his stuff!!

Ok, this was my second visit to Fazoli's. Both times I ordered the baked spaghetti and meatballs and both times there were no meatballs. Being new to this restaurant, I didn't want to post a negative review without research. According to their website, there's supposed to be 3 meatballs included. The flavor was good, the bread sticks were fantastic and the service was great. I might try them one more time but it kind of stinks I have to remind them what comes with the meal.
