Stepping into Circle T Diner feels like taking a trip back in time. The food is prepared with care and has that timeless, down home comforting feel you don’t find everywhere anymore. Every bite tastes like tradition. One standout of the meal was the hot fudge cake—rich, indulgent, and absolutely amazing. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you want to come back again just to have it one more time.

Happy we stopped here for lunch in route from KC to NC. The sampler and my fish dinner were seasoned very well and my husband enjoyed us pork tenderloin sandwich. Service was great and food came out fast. If we ever find ourselves in Hazard again, we’ll definitely stop in for another meal.

Nice friendly staff with a down home atmosphere. Good food like home cooked meals. Specials are good value. Love the chicken and dumplings and the turkey and stuffing specials.
