STAX Ice Cream Kitchen

A great spot for dessert after dinner. If you have a sweet tooth I highly recommend. Alex's baking skills made the food taste amazing!

We came to the soft opening. Such a great group of people!! The ice cream was very fresh. They have homemade cookies for sandwiches. They had lots of different toppings. There are seats inside and out but I suggest sitting inside… it smells of fresh baked cookies..

I feel like Wilmington has been missing a good sundae place and I love the cookie stax concept. You really get your bang for your buck! I tried the chocolate chip cookie, with monkey business and whipped cream topping. The staff was super friendly and walked us through the whole process since we were a little confused. The cookie is good on its own and the ice cream was too! But together is was amazing combo. Can’t wait to come back and try the new flavors they put out and test out the bubble cone!

Visiting from Indiana and stopped in. Create your own cookie ice cream sandwich!!! The blueberry ice cream on a sugar cookie....delish. The blueberry ice cream had the best taste and the smell was so fresh! Purchased 4 Nyes ice cream sandwiches to sample and share.....the lemon one did not disappoint! The shop was bright and fun.....loved the staff. Will totally recommend to all my Wimington/Jacksonville friends and family!!

The ice cream is so good. Paired with the delicious cookies you have the perfect dessert combo. The owners and staff are so nice. My new favorite ice cream place in town.
