Starbucks

We stopped by to get a coffee and a puppy cup for my senior dog before heading to the vet. When we said it was going to be her last pup cup the staff showed such compassion and empathy for our situation. It was refreshing to know there are still people, who are complete strangers, in this world who care about other people's grief. Thank you. It meant more than you know.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to in the Wilmington area. I order a bit of an odd drink and some stores get flustered by it. This store makes it perfectly and quickly every time and the staff is always nice and professional.

I’m honestly so disappointed with this Starbucks. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful every time I visit. It always feels like I’m bothering them just by ordering. On top of that, my drink is almost never made right. I’ve had to ask for it to be remade multiple times, and even then, it’s still not correct. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent service. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

It was good. My experience at this location was as expected. Took a little longer than McDonalds, cost alot more than McDonald's, tasted alot better than McDonalds. I just need to stop drinking frappe and stick to black coffee from home lol

The employees are always kind here. I absolutely love this location. I go almost every morning on my commute to work, and every single time, the employees brighten my day. Happy valentine's!
