I ordered my drinks via DoorDash, so I was not able to have them remade like you can when ordering in person. My first drink was made in a dirty cup, with black flakes stuck to the bottom on the inside of the cup. And my second drink ((technically both were)) was made half full, which was completely unnecessary, and seemingly done as a retaliation since I asked for larger cups. My second drink was also missing the cold foam I paid an extra two dollars for, which is just overall sloppy and uncaring. I spent over twenty dollars for these drinks, to have them delivered, just so I could have a casual day in with my family, and this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and a damper on my day.

Only come here if you have there app nd place your order by app cuz they don’t have enough worker to take your order I waited 20 minutes then got my coffee worst service ever

Excellent place to stop, whether you are traveling, or just live in the area! Delicious coffee, excellent service, clean restrooms. Everyone there seemed normal too! 🙂 Wish we lived closer to this one!

I love this location the staff and management is amazing they always knows what I get and when I pull up they automatically know it’s me , my drink is always made just the way I like it !! I go to this location 2 times a day and every time I go they are always so nice and friendly.!!! Definitely my favorite people and favorite store !! ❤️❤️

I ordered an iced gingerbread latte with oat milk & received a glass of regular milk with gingerbread cold foam???? My boyfriend didn’t know what I ordered and drove away and we’re on our way back to Chicago in the middle of a rainstorm/snowstorm so obviously we’re not going back to get it remade. Just confused on how they thought that’s what I wanted?
