Rich's Famous Burgers - Sullivan

Near little burger place in Sullivan. I had the Jam Burger and my wife built her own. We each had the 5 oz. patties and fries. The burgers were cooked very well, were seasoned well and tasted very good. The fries were frozen, but okay. The service was great

I had an amazing experience! The smash burger was perfectly cooked with a great crispy sear and tons of flavor. The bacon was cooked exactly the way I like it—crispy and delicious. I also had a freshly squeezed lemonade with strawberries that was incredibly refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great burger and a refreshing drink. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience, and I’ll be coming back. The service was outstanding. Wonderful customer service.

This is one of the BEST burger places I've ever had!! The burgers were perfect and the bacon was fresh. The lemonades were so delicious and they came in big cups! This is such a cute place and the waitstaff are very kind and attentive 💖💖

Very cute spot, we passed through for a backpacking trip and ate here after. Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food and service! Prices were not terrible either: I had the build your own (quarter pound?? The original size) and it was cooked all the way through! My husband had the Italian Beef which was great, tasty, and a good size. We also had the pepperjack curds, which tasted almost like jalapeño poppers, and the 1lb baked potato which was definitely a whole pound (we didnt finish it) Maia was our server today and she was fast, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! I didnt get any photos of the food because upon it being brought to the table I practically lost all manners and dove right in, by the time I realized I should probably take a photo I was already 3/4 in! Solid Burger, fries were on point! People working here were Awesome! They are so kind... truly sweet to those coming in. The young lady working was fantastic, Scott was Awesome too. We have been here before for breakfast and it was just as good. We'll be back!
