Muddy Banks Brewing Co

We are from out of town. I checked this place only because it had a outdoor patio and we have dogs with us. I had no idea I was in for the most amazing food and experience ever! Seriously the fries were fire! I had a bacon jam burger.It was perfect! The bun everything 🤤 my husband had another type of burger and my son had the brisket sandwich. It was FABULOUS. Had no idea when we showed up , there was a community market and live music. We had the best time! Our pregnant server was such a hard worker! We gave her double the tip we usually give. I was impressed. She's super mom before baby is here. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be stopping here!

Even though there wasn't a large menu we ordered BBQ wings for an appetizer and a couple different Burgers. My Wife got a Western Burger with Fries. I got a Brewhaus Burger and beans with meat. We both had not eaten all day and was very hungry. Sheila was our waitress and She gave excellent service. Food was Awesome and the Burgers were huge. Guess you don't need a Big menu if you put Quality out with everything you have on it. Was impressed enough that I publicly vow to visit again very soon.

I genuinely do not know where to start, other than saying I would drive from Los Angeles to Sullivan for these burgers without hesitation. No scenic route required. Just point me toward the grill. I refuse to recommend a single burger because that would be irresponsible. Every time I come here, I get stuck in a very real internal debate that has absolutely kept me up at night. The menu is not a list of options. It is a series of life decisions. I will also admit that I have barely explored the rest of the food here, not out of lack of curiosity, but out of fear. These burgers are so good that ordering anything else feels like betrayal. They have genuinely changed my standards, and I am now concerned I will never enjoy another burger anywhere else. Nice road trip stop. The service was terrific with nice clean atmosphere. The redneck lemonade was delightful not to sweet or strong. The crispy garlic hot wings very delicious. The wings seem to be a crowd pleaser . Every table had some. We had the pulled pork with the mop sauce and the brisket sandwich. Both were great. Juicy and nice flavors. We will definitely stop again net time we are down 44.

Layover in Sullivan while traveling through MO. Wife and I enjoy experiencing different breweries when visiting new cities. Sampled a few different beers via a flight. All were really tasty. Food menu is pretty diverse. I ordered the shredded chicken sandwich. Excellent! Wife had the pulled pork, and found it somewhat dry, but flavorful. Overall aesthetic was very relaxing. Will definitely stop again when passing through.
