Starbucks

It’s a chai latte. It tastes like sweet cream. Where is the spice? The service was amazing, they looked me in the eye and took my order. It was a truly elegant experience with nothing but class in the finest degree. My needs were met. I feel pleasure within my body.

Convenient location but super slow service. Wasted 30 minutes waiting. They then messed up the order

My mobile order was already 10 minutes overdue when I arrived, even though it wasn’t busy. Three people, working in slo-mo. One disappeared. My presence was finally acknowledged when half my order was handed to me. The lady then casually prepared to make a batch of drip coffee, as if I was totally down with spending another ten minutes hanging around instead of getting to the airport. Most SBUX are on point. This one seems to need a manager’s attention.

The manager at this location is very rude, we place an order and he had a bad attitude from the moment we approached the counter. On top of that when given the change from a $100 bill he was $20 short, he never apologized for the error. We needed to return an item then he said even though we paid cash he said we could only receive our refund through Apple Pay. Very rude the whole time. He shouldn’t be working in food service at all.

Bro 12$ for a coffee and a mini cake 😭🤣🤣 coffee was average. Was my 1st time Starbucks and my last im not gonna 12$ for an iced coffee and a cake
