I stopped by the other day prepared for a rude experience, because I know my drink is a pain in the butt with my dietary restrictions, but Lennox handled it like a coffee architect. He was exceedingly patient while I explained my substitutions and restrictions, and he took the time to double check everything to make sure it aligned with my needs. No sigh, no groans, just professional flexibility and appreciated patience. He even offered me suggestions to improve the beverage while still catering to my restrictions! Lennox is the rock star of this location. He got my complicated order precisely right and served it up with a huge smile. He is the epitome of perfect customer service and I highly recommend this location because of him.
