Starbucks

I stopped by this Starbucks while traveling and had a really nice experience. I picked up breakfast and a drink, and everything was fresh and well prepared. A staff member named Bowen was especially helpful. As a foreigner, I sometimes struggle with English menus, but he patiently explained the different drinks and helped me choose one. His kindness made the visit much easier and more enjoyable. The drink itself was good—maybe a little sweet for my taste—but overall it was a great experience. Thank you to Bowen and the team!

Another time we were using the drive through. Slow going. Busy drive through and little off this time with the egg sandwich and the small apple bun. You need to get the lock combination to use the restrooms. Even so, all's good! We use the drive through. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The drinks are good and the two bacon cheddar egg sandwiches hit the spot. We love Starbucks and the free drinks using the Starbucks card!

This place is usually good. But I have noticed if Kevin is working (I believe he is the shift "manager") things run unbelievably slow! 27 minutes for 2 coffees!!

OMG! I have the same experience as the Slevin comment! I frequent this location and every time that Kevin guy is working the drinks are watered down with as much ice as they can fit in the cup! They also seem to skimp on the foams and whipped cream. Seems like the "crew" during these shifts are instructed to be as cheap as possible! I will not use order ahead anymore because I need to check which team is making my order!!

Order coffee drinks about 4 days a week at a few different locations. Cashier wouldn't do an iced water unless I bought something. Explained that I will be back after working out in a couple hours to get an iced coffee and she still wouldn't do a water. Won't be returning. Aloha...
