Starbucks

We were boarding in JFK airport and this was the coffee shop close to where we sat . The airport has so less restaurants, coffee shops and bars… they said it’s a world class airport but with all the renovations, it is so bad . Starbucks wasn’t too crowded but it took some time for the order.. we always love Cortado in Starbucks, but this one wasn’t that tasty.. It felt less coffee and more waterish . I was tempted to ask for more shots , but then it is more expensive. Pricewise it was OK… service could be better.. average experience overall.. 3 stars

I placed a mobile order and really liked how the screen showed live updates, confirmation, in progress, and ready for pickup. It made it easy to track my order, and I was able to pick it up right on time. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Starbucks, including the great service. Loved it!

Ordered a hot chocolate and got a latte instead. Coffee was crap. Its burnt. And then the cashier had the balls to tell me which tip to give him for bad service lolol . Utter crap

They will always mess up your order no matter what. I have ordered from this starbucks multiple times when I fly out from this terminal and my drinks are always horrible. The strawberry refresher is always watered down, frapps come with no whip cream even when they charge you extra for it. It’s insane.

they got the order incorrect, and when we asked for the right order, they started to yell at us. please do not take your coffee from here
