Custom Burger

Waited more than 20minutes for food of poor quality. I spent $50 on two burgers here… Our burgers were bland and sad looking. Would definitely avoid this place if you can. They do offer gluten free buns, however

Waited for a very long time for my food, and the Indian lady that works at the front (I didn’t get her name) asked me my name and what I ordered so I told her my name and that I ordered an impossible burger. She handed me my order a minute later and said “here is your impossible burger.” When I bit into it it was real meat. It wasn’t the cooks fault. It was someone else’s order and the lady at the front was mixing up everyone’s orders. I went back to tell them and they had my impossible burger just sitting on the counter. I paid $22 to bite into actual meat as a vegetarian of 15 years and then got served my actual order cold. Couldn’t even eat the fries because they were hard. Disgusting. She should be fired

Slow. Cold. Poor quality burger. The gluten free buns are not even edible. Also they messed up our order and gave us an extra fry and missing a burger. Paid 50 bucks for 1 gluten free burger 2 fries and a milkshake. Avoid eating here

Waited 30 minutes for a sad burger. Help was just standing around and the order filler put down a dirty rag and penned someone's burger to make sure it was correct but definitely touched the bun worth her gloves.

The food isn’t as terrible as the reviews claim. The fries are reasonable and the milkshake is also not bad. The burger is quite average. Its biggest problem is the lack of value: $20 for a mediocre burger and $7 for a milkshake is ridiculous. If prices were 30-40% lower, it would be acceptable. All other places at the terminal also looked quite awful, so in general, there is not much to choose from. Overall, the burgers are not a complete disaster, but keep your expectations quite low.
