It’s like a dupe of Starbucks. If you’re in the line it takes forever. And then they don’t make it as good as Decatur on 6th at all. Mabey it’s because there new and need more training but it’s needed.
Awesome customer service at this Starbucks. Beautiful and clean surroundings inside and out.
10/10. The girl barista recommended a new addition to my regular order and she was spot on! :) all the baristas are sweet and welcoming!
YAY !! We finally have a place in Hartselle where I can buy an 11 $ cup of Coffee .
I wanted to like this Starbucks because of its convenience in Hartselle, but every time I get a drink; it tastes horrible. It’s either watered down or tastes like burnt coffee. I went multiple times to see if it was just a fluke, but, it’s pretty awful. I’ve gotten cold brews, lattes and dirty chais and it’s pretty bad.
