My favorite Starbucks to come to !! Drinks are always great 10/10 💚
Ordered a caramel protein matcha and was ready to enjoy my drink, but nothing was coming out of the cup. When I opened it, I realized I was given caramel protein matcha sludge.
This morning they were slammed! The customer Was STILL amazing! The employees didn’t seem overwhelmed, they were professional, courteous, and serve, served everyone with the smiling face. The staff handled the morning rush during the mini snowstorm. Excellent! Tee and Grace were my baristas. Keep up the great work team!
This is the slowest Starbucks ever made. When going here be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. Edit: It actually took over 20 minutes today.
Rude as can be. Asked to remake the drink because it was not lemonade it was clearly watered down and they remade it the same. We asked for a refund and the I'm guessing manager was told what happened and she said whatever and slammed the cup in the sink so hard the whole room looked over and it splattered and she refunded with the nastiest attitude. Horrible experience. 0⭐
