Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Tiffany is soooo WONDERFUL!!!!! My first time going to Oberweis. While talking with my aunt she heard everything. When I walked to the counter she had our choices in her hand! She remembered our names too! The ice cream is so creamy and scrumptious! I had Butter Pecan with gummy bears. My aunt had a Banana Royale/ Banana Split. We bought extra quarts of Egg Nog ice cream and Butter Pecan. Stop by to enjoy the ice cream. If you want to feel like royalty and have the best customer service EVER! See Tiffany!

This place must be where the happiness is sucked out of the employees. My ice cream is soup by the time I asked for my missing marshmallows and now my appetite is gone. I feel no happiness when I eat my ice-cream. Im left feeling disappointed and sad. A hot day and I wanted to get a nice cold treat but im left with a soup in a cup and money gone from my pocket. Walked in and the mood was gloomy and depressing. Just with 4 people working not once had an ounce of happiness or greeted with enthusiasm. Just plain dead soulless workers slaving away working for minimum wage. -1/10 not coming here again.

This place has really gone down. Most times I come in here there is only 1 worker. Long wait times. I ordered 2 double scoops and I was shorted. It looked like only one scoop. This place is not cheap either so I want my full scoops. I’m gonna try Cold Stone and see if the service is better there.

Even though there was only one person working when we walked in , she did a great job getting all of our orders out. Ice creams were delicious. First time coming and the kids and I enjoyed every bite.

Really unhappy with my experience at Oberwise today. I ordered a kids size vanilla shake and got… whatever this is, served with the outside of the cup covered in syrup and dripping with ice cream. It was even topped with no sprinkles and curdled whipped cream- which is a yummy personal favorite- because who doesn’t love chunky, yellow, whipped cream! I’ve been going here since I was a child and I’m so sad to probably never be going back!
